Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Carly Weinberg is a teacher, behavioral analyst, and education leader with expertise in neurodiversity, particularly autism, as well as a diverse background in speech pathology, special education, and applied behavioral analysis. She has master's degrees in education and in applied behavioral analysis. Carly was a founding executive of another school for Autism in Boca, where she served as the Director of Education, overseeing faculty, instruction, the learning environment, and the overall well-being and growth of the students. She is the creator of the Carly Weinberg Neurodiversity Framework, a proven, effective education model that improves the lives of children and young adults and is trusted by parents.
Director/BCBA
Natalie Zancanata holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Exceptional Student Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. With extensive experience across group homes, private residences, schools, and community settings, Natalie is dedicated to creating nurturing environments where every student can flourish and succeed. She emphasizes collaborative efforts with families, teachers, and caregivers to ensure ongoing success into adulthood.
Office Manager
Originally from New York and now calling Florida home, Molly brings a diverse background to her role as Office Manager at Project Infinity. A multihyphenate with a BFA in Fine Arts, Molly has spent the past 13 years immersed in the world of theater, working as a costume designer and spending much of her time working in educational theater.
Beyond her professional achievements, Molly has a deep passion for working with children, driven by a genuine commitment to supporting and nurturing young minds. As a dedicated mom to her 2-year-old daughter, Molly balances her professional responsibilities with the joys and challenges of parenting, bringing empathy and a unique perspective to her role at the school.
Music Therapist
Born and raised in Miami FL, Yamila Ayala (“Yami Ayala”) is a devoted Music Educator whose long-term goals are to be of service to others through various forms of Music Therapy and Music as Therapy. Yami has been in the field of education for the past 10 years. Yami is best know for being a Professional Musician, Educator, and Aspiring Music Therapist with an emphasis in Early Childhood Music Education and Neurodivergent Music Education. Yamila is proficient in Voice, Piano, Clarinet, Flute, and Saxophone. Yamila’s innate ability to produce exhilarating music makes her a wonderful asset to Project Infinity. Also performing regularly with the three part harmony group “The Rhythm Chicks” all around the US. Through her music, she is able to share her love for life and the people in it. Yamila places a special emphasis on loving one another and uses music to enrich mind, body and soul.
Science Teacher/Art Therapist
For over 12 years, Nicole has been a dedicated educator in Palm Beach County, merging my passions for art therapy and science teaching. Her guiding principle in life is encapsulated in the three P's: patience, persistence, and perseverance. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in English & Education and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Linguistics. Her love for the outdoors extends to camping and a wide range of outdoor activities. Creating art, writing, reading, and exploring scientific wonders are among my favorite pastimes.
Academic Teacher
Nicole Alovis has been a teacher for the past 11 years. She is a mother to a beautiful girl, named Ava and the twin sister of a handsome and smart guy, named Daniel, who is living with Autism and has inspired her to become a Special Education Teacher. Nicole obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Child Sciences at Florida State University, and her Master’s Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Being that her twin brother is now a working adult, teaching children how to strive for independence and productivity is
something that she is passionate about. Nicole loves showing students how to generalize their academic skills, such as reading and writing, within their functional daily living tasks across all
environments. Throughout her studies, she also directed a lot of focus on sibling relationships, as well as relationships with special needs families as a whole. Nicole enjoyed facilitating sibling workshops for neurotypical siblings, to help them better understand their unique family lives.
Occupational Therapist
Shelby Pawelek has been an Occupational Therapist for over 10 years. She received her B.S. in Psychology from University of Central Florida in 2008 followed by her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. She has a diverse background working with pediatric diagnoses, especially Autism. Shelby has experience in leadership roles as the director of a pediatric clinic and as a lead Occupational Therapist in outpatient clinics and schools. She has expertise with Sensory Integration Strategies, Behavior Interventions, and Handwriting Programs. Shelby is a Florida native who enjoys spending time at the pool, catching some rays! She is a mom of two young boys and comes from a large family who she loves spending time with. This family oriented girl is passionate about improving the quality of life of children and their families.
Speech Language Pathologist
Karli Press is a Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Central Florida and Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida International University. She is a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist familiar with all aspects of evaluation, screening and treatment for patients with an assortment of conditions. Developing a strong connection and bond with her patients is something that she takes a lot of pride in and her main goal is to help her patients grow to be the best individual that they can be. Her experience includes schools, private practices, hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.
Speech Language Pathologist-Assistant
Hannah Fischler is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant dedicated to helping individuals enhance their communication skills. she currently works with Pediatric Sunshine Therapy, where they focus on personalized therapy and compassionate care to support patients in reaching their full potential. Whether it’s improving articulation, language, or social-emotional skills, hannah is passionate about making a positive impact on patients’ lives. Outside of work, hannah enjoys spending time with family, staying active at the gym, and traveling. she’s thrilled to bring my skills and enthusiasm to Project Infinity and is looking forward to a great and exciting school year!
